If it doesn't work, you get your money back.
Short version: we're happy to refund $9.99 within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked. After 24 hours we still refund documents that failed to deliver, have technical errors, or have a quality issue that's on us.
Full refund — 24-hour window
Any refund request within 24 hours of payment is approved without needing a reason. Changed your mind. Accidentally bought two. The DMV wanted a different form. Didn't end up selling the car. None of it matters — email us and we'll refund.
Refund after 24 hours — if the fault is ours
After 24 hours we approve refunds for:
- Documents that never reached your inbox and aren't accessible from the download link (a genuine delivery failure on our end).
- PDFs that were corrupted or had fields printed in the wrong positions due to a bug we introduced.
- Payment that was charged twice for the same document UUID.
- A state-form template that was out of date at the time of purchase and caused your DMV to reject the document.
When we don't refund
We generally don't refund after 24 hours for:
- Information you entered incorrectly (wrong VIN, wrong address, wrong price). The wizard shows a preview; it's the buyer and seller's job to verify accuracy before paying.
- A DMV clerk's individual discretion. We produce the official state form; we can't control every clerk's interpretation. If this happens we'll help you escalate.
- A decision to use a different service after downloading our PDF.
If you're not sure whether your case qualifies, email us anyway. We'd rather err on the side of refunding than have an unhappy customer.
How to request a refund
Email giurgiur99@gmail.com with:
- Your document UUID (visible on the success page and in your email receipt; format
9f37b2a8-...). - The email address you paid from.
- A brief note — "changed my mind" is perfectly fine within 24 hours.
How long it takes
We process refund requests within 2 business days. The refund itself returns to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank and card network. Stripe handles the return; we don't hold the money.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks cost us roughly ten times the $9.99 ticketin fees and processing time — and we'd almost always rather refund you directly than fight about it. If you dispute without contacting us, we may decline future business from the same card.
